What areas of Chicago do you serve?
We serve Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland suburbs. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just enter your address when booking and we'll let you know right away.
Do I need anything for the session?
No. Your therapist brings a massage table, linens, oils, and all other supplies. You just need space for a standard massage table (approximately 6' x 3') and access to a sink for hand washing.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the link we'll email you to manage your booking online, or simply reply to our email. We ask for at least 4 hours' notice for changes. Cancellations within 4 hours may be charged 50% of the session fee.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. When you book, you can choose a specific therapist or select any available therapist. All of our therapists are licensed, background-checked professionals.
What about payment and tipping?
We'll send you a payment link after your session is confirmed. Payment is due before your appointment. Tips are appreciated and can be added when you pay or given directly to your therapist.
Do you do corporate or group bookings?
Absolutely. Chair massage for office events is one of our specialties. Use the same booking form and mention the team size in the notes field, or reach out to discuss larger events.
What about my pets?
We love pets! However, to prevent tripping hazards and ensure your relaxation, we ask that they stay in another room during the treatment.
