Welcome to Here Massage. By booking and receiving services through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Here Massage connects clients with licensed massage therapists for in-home and on-site massage therapy services. All services are provided for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness purposes.

By entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during booking or account-related actions, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Here Massage. These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, and verification or password reset messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. This policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our therapists, whose time and income depend on scheduled appointments.

Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule any confirmed booking at any time through your booking management page (link in your confirmation email) or by contacting us. The cancellation fee depends on how much notice you give.

Rescheduling is treated the same as a cancellation followed by a new booking. The same notice windows apply - reschedule with 24+ hours notice and there is no penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is subject to the same 50% fee.

Members note: Active members retain their per-session discount when booking a replacement session after a credited cancellation. Credits do not expire as long as your membership remains active.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

A no-show occurs when a therapist arrives at your location and is unable to begin the session - for example, if no one answers the door, the address is inaccessible, or you are not present. No-show appointments are charged the full session fee with no refund or credit issued. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay a deposit for future bookings or suspension of booking privileges.

If your session is delayed starting due to factors on your end (not being ready, securing pets, building access issues, etc.), the session end time remains the same. Your therapist has subsequent appointments and cannot extend sessions to make up for lost time. The full session fee applies regardless of the actual start time.

If the delay is on our end (therapist running late, etc.), we will adjust your session accordingly at no additional charge, or offer a reschedule or credit if the delay is significant.

Membership Cancellations

Here Massage memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period - you will not be charged for the following month, and you retain full member access and discounts through the last day of the period already paid for.

Example: If your membership renews on the 15th and you cancel on the 3rd, your membership remains active through the 14th. You will not be charged on the 15th.

Member discounts apply only to bookings made while an active membership is in place. Once your membership period ends, future bookings will be charged at standard rates. Bookings confirmed during your membership that are scheduled after your membership ends will be adjusted to the standard rate, or you may cancel them without penalty.

If you'd like to take a break rather than cancel entirely, contact us to request a membership pause. Pauses of up to 3 months are available once per calendar year.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for genuine emergencies such as: medical emergencies involving you or an immediate family member, severe weather or natural disaster, sudden illness, or a documented family emergency. Please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation - we will always try to work with you in good faith.

In the rare case that we must cancel your appointment (therapist illness, no coverage available, etc.), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method plus priority rebooking at no additional cost.

Here Massage is a professional therapeutic environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.

We collect and store your health intake information, booking history, and payment data to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. Your health information is shared only with your assigned therapist.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
